These Sweepstakes Official Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are established by VastFill Games Inc (referred to as the "Promoter," "we," or "our"). These Terms apply to all sweepstakes-style contests conducted by the Promoter and must be reviewed alongside our general Terms of Service, which are integrated into these Terms by reference.
1. ABSENCE OF PURCHASE OBLIGATION
Entry into or winning any contest does not necessitate any purchase, payment, or financial transaction. Making a purchase will not enhance an entrant's probability of winning.
2. PROMOTER DETAILS
The Promoter of these contests is VastFill Games Inc. The Promoter's determinations concerning all aspects of the contests-including administration, eligibility, prize details, and interpretation of these Terms-are conclusive and binding.
Each distinct gameplay action (e.g., a game spin) is considered an independent contest with its own duration, commencing at the initiation of the action and concluding upon the display of its outcome.
3. ENTRANT ELIGIBILITY
3.1 Who Can Enter
Contests are open only to "Authorized Entrants," defined as individuals who:
a) Are permanent legal residents of geographic regions designated as "Permitted Zones"; and
b) Have attained the age of twenty-one (21) years or the legal age of majority in their specific jurisdiction, whichever age is greater, at the moment of entry.
3.2 Permitted Zones
"Permitted Zones" consist of the United States, except for the following excluded states: California, Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, and the state of New York.
Participation is null and void in any location where it is forbidden by statute, rule, or regulation. Each entrant bears sole responsibility for confirming the legality of their participation.
3.3 Excluded Individuals
The following persons are ineligible to participate: employees, executives, contractors, representatives, and agents of the Promoter, its parent or affiliated companies, advertising/promotional partners, and any entities involved in contest development or execution, along with their immediate family and cohabitants.
4. TERMS ACCEPTANCE
By entering, each participant:
a) Fully and irrevocably agrees to abide by these Terms and all decisions made by the Promoter; and
b) Recognizes that any potential win is conditional upon fulfilling all eligibility, verification, and procedural mandates outlined herein.
5. CONTEST ENTRIES ("CREDITS")
5.1 Overview
"Credits" are virtual tokens issued for promotional purposes. They can be used to engage with specified promotional games for entertainment. Credits hold no monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be sold, exchanged, or bartered.
6. ACQUIRING CREDITS
To obtain Credits, a participant must first establish a complimentary user account.
Authorized Entrants may receive Credits via the following avenues:
a) Daily Access Bonus: One (1) bonus per daily 24-hour cycle is available by logging into the platform and claiming the designated reward.
b) Phone Validation: Credits may be granted for validating a mobile telephone number linked to the account during sign-up, with the amount determined at the Promoter's discretion.
c) Platform Objectives: Credits may be earned by fulfilling specific tasks or objectives presented within the application.
d) Alternative Entry Methods ("AMOE"): To guarantee no purchase is ever required, the following AMOE are provided. AMOE entries possess identical winning odds as entries obtained through other means.
i. Mail-In AMOE:
Participants must legibly hand-write the following on a blank, unlined 4" x 6" index card: Full legal name, account-linked residential address, registered email address, the unique Postal Entry Code from their account, and the exact statement: "I request Credits to participate in the sweepstakes and confirm I have read and agree to the Terms of Service and Sweepstakes Official Terms & Conditions."
Place the card in a standard envelope, hand-address it to "Sweepstakes AMOE Request" and mail it to: 1144 15th Street, Denver, CO 80202, USA. Each valid, individually mailed request earns 0.2 Credits. Bulk mailings, illegible, or incomplete submissions are void.
ii. Online AMOE:
Participants may inquire about accessing an online AMOE form by emailing customer support at [email protected], subject to approval and instructions.
e) Special Promotions: Credits may be awarded for interaction with specific promotional events, content, or partner activities.
The use of automated systems, bots, fraudulent methods, or third-party services to generate entries is prohibited and will lead to disqualification.
7. USING CREDITS
Credits are utilized to participate in designated promotional games. The Promoter retains the right to modify game odds or theoretical payout percentages (RTP) at its discretion, provided no changes are applied to a game session already in progress. RTP is a long-term statistical average and does not predict individual results.
8. WINNER CONFIRMATION
All potential winners are subject to verification by the Promoter. An in-application win message is not official confirmation. Potential winners may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Waiver, and (where lawful) a Publicity Release within a specified timeframe. Non-compliance results in prize forfeiture.
9. PRIZES & REDEMPTION
Only Credits that have been wagered in at least one promotional game ("Redeemable Credits") are eligible for redemption.
9.1 Monetary Awards: Redeemable Credits may be exchanged for cash at a rate of USD $1.00 per Credit, subject to minimum redemption amounts and possible processing charges.
9.2 Gift Card Awards: Credits may be redeemed for gift cards of equivalent value (USD $1.00 per Credit), subject to the gift card issuer's own terms.
9.3 Tax Liability: Any and all taxes, duties, or fees associated with accepting or redeeming a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
10. REDEMPTION PROCESS & CHECKS
Prior to any prize disbursement:
• The name on the chosen payment method must precisely match the verified account holder's name.
• All identity, age, residency, and regulatory compliance verifications must be satisfactorily completed.
• Prizes are disbursed solely to accounts held in the winner's own name.
• A limit of one (1) redemption request per 48-hour period applies.
11. REGIONAL REGULATORY NOTES
Additional requirements may apply in certain jurisdictions, including but not limited to:
• Florida & New York: Mandatory registration and bonding for prizes valued over USD $5,000.
• Rhode Island: Registration required for consumer promotions with prizes exceeding USD $500.
• Puerto Rico: Subject to territorial regulatory authorization.
Failure to meet jurisdiction-specific requirements invalidates participation for affected entrants.
12. LIABILITY WAIVER
By participating, entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Promoter and its related entities from any claims or liabilities arising from participation, prize acceptance, use, or misuse of a prize. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for technical malfunctions, lost/data-corrupted entries, or system failures.
13. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or amend the contests in cases of suspected fraud, technical issues, or any factor undermining the contests' fair administration. The Promoter's failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. Continued participation following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
